每个人在行为的时候总会表现出自己所独有的行为方式,这便是个人行为风格因素。早在古希腊人们 就根据一定的原则把人分为四种类型(气质方面:)多血质、胆汁质、抑郁质、粘液质。当前国外很有影 响的人格测验从四个方面考察人的行为风格,一是一般心理倾向(外倾、内倾),二是接受信息的方式(感觉、直觉)三是处理信息方式(思考、情感)四是行为方式(判断、知觉)。
